Q: How do I obtain an Imperial Tobacco cigarette unit?

A: First talk to your Imperial Tobacco representative or account manager. They can agree the best unit for your business. A professional survey of your unit will be carried out if it is required and highly skilled shop fitters will install the unit with the minimum of disruption to your business. Our sales force will provide on-going advice on how to lay out the fixture helping you to meet the needs of local adult smokers.

Q: How can I get my Imperial Tobacco cigarette unit maintained or repaired?

A: If you require repairs to your Imperial Tobacco unit please call freephone 0800 018 5747. Please ensure you have your unit type and customer number to hand. These are located on the top left of the inside wall of your unit. Lines are open Monday to Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm. There is an answerphone outside these hours.

Q: How do I get a username and password to login to this website?

Q: What is my customer ID?

A: Your Customer ID (or unique number) can be found on many communications distributed by Imperial Tobacco. If you're not sure, then your Imperial Tobacco representative or account manager can help.
