  • Unit maintenance enquiries - please call 0800 018 5747 and have your unit type and customer unique number ready. This is located on the top-left inside wall of your display unit.
    Lines open Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm (answerphone outside these hours).
  • General enquiries - please call 0117 963 6636 and ask to be put through to the Sales Operations Department.
  • Email enquiries - please complete the form below and your enquiry will be dealt with by the Trade Communications Centre .
  • Trade website - the Imperial Tobacco trade website is an exclusive portal for tobacco traders and is full of important industry related news and information.
